Is the Gayle named in honor of Silverton's hop queen at Goschie Farms?
It certainly sounds tasty. I think I'll have to stop over for a pint!

Chad

Nice idea but sorry- it's just a bad joke. Gayle, with Crystal hops- Crystal Gayle- get it? Come on you can't tell me I'm the only one that can't get those lovely locks from my mind.

I stopped by the Laurelwood Pizza Co. yesterday for a pint, and was very pleased with the ale! Unfortunately, my allergies are still acting up and I was unable to thoroughly enjoy all of the flavors, but I could discern the Crystal aroma over the malty notes. For a 57 BU beer, it was quite smooth and refreshing. I hope it's still around when my nasal drippiness is gone!
Cheers!

Wendell
