Vinter Varmer Countdown
There's just a few more days until we let this little guy out to play.  Join us at the NW Public House on November 1st where we'll tap the first keg of our winter seasonal Vinter Varmer.  The brewers will be on hand to meet and greet you, sample out some delicious brews, and wish you happy holidays.Vinter_3
And keep an eye out for the squirrel.  Rumor has it that in he'll be appearing in 22oz bottles in your local grocery store very soon. 

Newly Tapped:  Il Rosso
The latest addition to our single hop series of red ales, Il Rosso features only CTZ hops (Columbus, aka Tomahawk, aka Zeus - different names, same hop).  Known for their strong, pungent, herbal-green aroma, these Yakima-grown hops are featured in the newest of our ongoing single-hop experiment.  Available for a limited time only at our Pizza Co. location - 40th at NE Sandy.
6.8% abv, 58 IBUs, O.G. 15º Plato

Organic Deranger Takes the Gold

For the second straight year, Organic Deranger took the top prize for ImLaurelwoodgabf_2perial Red Ales at the Great American Beer Festival.  This year, Deranger beat out 38 other entries. Head Brewer Chad Kennedy and Brewer Dustin Kellner were on hand in Denver to accept the award from Charlie Papazian- head of the Brewers Association. (picture courtesy of the Celebrator Beer News)
